Last night I batched some drinks for a little party. Naturally, they wanted tiki drinks, and I thought these would have the most mass appeal within my budget. I poured everything into the biggest bowl I had and poured that, via funnel, into 1 gallon containers. All this work before hand saved me a lot of trouble and made serving go faster—which was important because I was the only bartender there. All in all I’d say the drinks were a success and quite popular.
